I have an idea, but no technical brief. Is that okay?+
Absolutely. Tell me what you’re trying to achieve, what’s frustrating you or what customers keep asking for. We can work out the right starting point together. No software dictionary required.
What will a project cost?+
The scope determines the cost. We’ll discuss priorities and budget early, then agree on a proposal before development starts. A focused first version can be a sensible way to begin. Hosting, licences and ongoing costs are discussed separately.
How long will it take?+
Timing depends on the complexity, content and decisions involved. Once the scope is clear, I’ll outline a realistic schedule, review points and what I’ll need from you to keep things moving.
Can you work with my existing website or software?+
Yes. We can start with a review to understand what’s worth keeping and where the friction is. Integrations depend on what your existing systems support; I’ll check limitations and extra costs before recommending a direction.
Will it work across different devices?+
Websites are designed responsively for the agreed devices and browsers. Apps and custom software need planning for each platform, such as iOS, Android, Windows, macOS or the web. We’ll choose the right fit during scoping and agree on testing.
Can I edit it, and what happens after launch?+
Editing tools, source code handover, hosting, maintenance and support are agreed as part of the scope. If you want to update content yourself, tell me early so the right editing experience can be built in.
Can you guarantee more customers?+
No one can honestly guarantee that from a website alone. I can build a clearer, more persuasive customer journey and help define what success looks like. Your offer, audience, traffic and what happens after an enquiry matter too.
